- How far in advance should I book?
- We recommend booking 2–4 weeks ahead for most events. Peak seasons (summer weekends, December) fill quickly — earlier is better.
- How do I send my decoration ideas?
- Use our Design page to sketch a rough layout with balloon arches, tables, and backdrops, then submit the inquiry form. We receive your sketch as an image and JSON.
- Do you travel outside your main area?
- We primarily serve Berlin, Germany. Contact us for events further afield — travel fees may apply.
- What is included in a typical package?
- Design consultation, materials, on-site installation, and teardown for hired items. Purchased decor can be kept by you.
- Is a deposit required?
- Yes — we typically take a 30% deposit to secure your date. Balance due before or on event day. Full payment terms on your quote.
- Can I book and pay online?
- Online booking and payment are coming in our next release. For now, submit an inquiry and we will send a manual quote.
