Booking
How far in advance should I book?
Most events are booked 2–4 weeks ahead. Peak weekends (summer, December) fill earlier, so it's worth reaching out as soon as you have a date.
How do I send my decoration ideas?
Use our Plan my event tool to sketch a rough layout with balloon arches, tables, and backdrops. You'll attach your colour palette, photos for inspiration, and any must-have details to the inquiry form.
What is included in a typical package?
Design consultation, materials, on-site installation, and teardown for hired items. Purchased decor (like custom signs) can be kept by you after the event.
Payment
Is a deposit required?
A 30% deposit secures your date. Balance due on or before the event day.
Which currencies and payment methods do you accept?
All pricing is in EUR. We accept SEPA bank transfer, debit and credit cards via Stripe, and PayPal. Cash on the day is also fine for smaller setups.
Can I book and pay online?
Yes, for inquiries and deposits. Use Plan my event to send your layout and details online. We'll email a tailored quote, and you can pay the deposit through a secure Stripe link when we confirm your date. Full self-serve checkout on the site is not available yet.
Logistics
Do you travel outside Berlin?
We primarily serve Berlin, Germany and the surrounding Brandenburg area. Contact us for events further afield — travel and accommodation fees may apply.
How long does setup take?
Most installations take 1–3 hours on the day. We coordinate access times with your venue so styling is ready well before guests arrive.
Can you decorate in apartments and private homes?
Yes — most of what we do is in homes, gardens, restaurants, and rented event spaces. We bring everything we need and protect surfaces.
Returns
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations more than 30 days before the event keep the deposit as credit toward a rescheduled date within 12 months. Within 30 days the deposit is non-refundable, and remaining costs depend on materials already ordered.
What happens if the weather changes for an outdoor event?
We monitor the forecast and plan a Plan B with you (indoor swap, covered area, or reschedule). Wherever possible we shift the setup to the alternative location at no extra cost.
