We understand plans change. The cancellation policy below balances the work that goes into preparing your event with fairness if you need to step away.

More than 30 days before the event

Your deposit becomes a credit toward a new date within 12 months. If you cancel outright, the deposit is non-refundable to cover the design work already invested.

14–30 days before the event

The deposit is forfeited and 50% of the remaining package fee is due to cover staffing and materials that have already been ordered.

Under 14 days

The full package fee is due as we will have committed materials, transport, and staff to your date.

Force majeure

If your event is cancelled by circumstances outside our control (extreme weather, venue closure, public health restrictions), we'll work with you to reschedule and only charge for unrecoverable materials.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are processed within 14 days via the original payment method. Please contact with your booking reference.hello@confettiworks.de
