These terms govern bookings with Confetti Works. Submitting an inquiry does not create a binding contract; a contract begins once you accept a quote in writing (email is fine) and pay the deposit.

Quotes and deposits

Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. A 30% deposit secures your date. Balance due on or before the event day.

Setup and access

You confirm that you have permission from the venue for the installation and that we have safe access at the agreed times. Any extra time or labour caused by access delays is billed at our standard hourly rate.

Liability

We carry public liability insurance. We are not responsible for damage caused by guests, weather beyond our control, or third-party suppliers we did not contract on your behalf.

Imagery

We may photograph our installations for portfolio use. Identifiable guest photos are only published with your written consent. Let us know if you'd prefer no photos at all.

Disputes

German law applies. Any disputes are settled in the courts of Berlin, where the studio is registered.
